Our business, which was originally formed in 1999 by Tyrone Gerber, has steadily progressed and expanded to become the dynamic company it is today. With a staff complement of 55 employees, our highly qualified team is on hand to tackle all your general building requirements. We are all about quality workmanship and we ensure that our services are delivered in a manner that is professional, affordable, reliable and efficient. In its earlier years, Tyan Construction concentrated on remodeling and building KFC franchises. These projects, which included work on 198 KFC franchises, were performed with great success and provided the business with a stepping stone to expand our area of focus to general building. Another significant step occurred when we took over an existing shop fitting business. This allowed Tyan Construction to incorporate various other aspects into our services.
