Dr Candice Naida Barnard studied teaching and completed her undergraduate in psychology at Wits University. She then went onto study further and complete her Master’s degree in Homoeopathy (M. Tech. Homoeopathy) with her research in the Homoeopathic Treatment of Children with ADHD at the University of Johannesburg. Dr Candice published her work on Complementary and Alternative Medical Therapies for Children with ADHD. Dr Candice is a Homoeopathic practitioner in private practice at The Sanctuary. She is married and a mother of two beautiful growing girls. What does Dr Candice do? Her focus is on whole family health, treating infants and children as well as female acute and chronic ailments. o The initial consultation includes a comprehensive medical case history and homoeopathic analysis. Discussing your physical, emotional and mental predisposition, with a treatment plan and recommendations. o Diagnostics including laboratory testing where necessary. o A careful review of natural medication, including a single homoeopathic prescription based on the individuals symptoms, herbal medicines and biopuncture / homoeopathic injections, with an eye toward eliminating symptoms by treating their root cause: gut, hormone, immune, and related neurochemical signalling imbalances.
