Crane Clinic is a family owned business established in 1995 with two core areas of business centred on truck hydraulic cranes and truck tipper systems. Hands on owner management ensures quality work is carried out by competent personnel including hydraulic fitters, boilermakers , welders and machinists in a workshop fully equipped for fitment, service, repair, manufacturing and refurbishment . Crane Clinic is the appointed distributor of Italian manufactured Copma truck cranes importing a selection of crane models for transport, recycling and construction industries. Crane Clinic is also a repair and fitment centre for Penta tipper cylinders and BOB Hook lift and Skip-loader equipment. We import hydraulic components and equipment and our Parts department stock pumps, valves, grabs, hose and fittings, cylinders, accessories and parts for all makes of cranes. Our in house machining and manufacturing section manufactures new cylinder and structural components. Crane Clinic is registered members of ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa), LEEASA (Lifting Equipment Engineering Association of South Africa) and the Department of Labour (LME 268) for load testing and safety certification of truck cranes and aerial platforms (cherry pickers). Through association with a group of •link• company•s we can offer our product and service support in the major centres of South Africa.

Scope of services: Crane Clinic cc specialize in the installation, maintenance, repairs and re-building of hydraulic truck mounted cranes, aerial platforms, tipper truck systems, load luggers and cylinders. Our services include the following: • Load testing and issuing of test certificates for hydraulic equipment as required by law (Driven Machinery Act 18 (5) Health and Safety Act 1993) • Remanufacturing of hydraulic cylinders • Cylinder rod re-chroming • Cylinders barrel honing • Manufacturing and machining of cylinders, pins, bushes, flanges etc. • Assembling of hydraulic hoses, fittings and valve banks • Structural repairs • Pressure testing and fault finding • Installations Equipment: o Centre Lathes o Milling Machines o Hydraulic Test Bench o Metal Cutting and Welding Equipment o Compresses Air and Spray Painting Equipment o Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine o Pressure Testing Equipment o Forklift & Delivery vehicle
